Teamwork is about generating more than the sum of individual efforts would achieve. We have an established and experienced team in–house. We deliver our yachts within budget and on time based on a well thought through building plan. As we prefer not to give, or to take “no” for an answer, we actively seek cooperation with others to inspire and innovate.

Subcontracting at Vitters is more than simply a matter of placing an order and waiting for the goods to show up and be installed. We choose the right partner from the outset, then we make sure we project manage a given situation with information, checks and balances, discussions, challenges, and follow ups. And because we are very good at this, we have the advantage of an unlimited amount of resources of creativity. “Three dimensionally curved glass windows with undistorted panoramic views on a yacht built under class never been done? … Then we’ll be the first one to make this happen!”
