Cinderella IV
Vitters Shipyard, Jens Cornelsen, Donald Starkey Designs and Tripp Design were chosen by the owner to create a 128’ sloop that will fulfill the owners thirst for long sailing passages to unseen places.
The design is a very modern boat with a new interpretation of a classic two-house deck layout. The styling of the yacht
is a modern interpretation of classic deckhouses with a strong emphasis on all around views and sheltered areas.
With customer satisfaction in mind, sailing performance is at the heart of this design and all efforts have been made to
ensure a high performance level. To this end the yacht is fitted with a generous sail plan, a lifting keel, a light interior
and a rational approach to weight control in systems design and construction.
Green Marine is manufacturing the hull out of pre-preg carbon sandwich. To enhance the enjoyment of life at anchor,
ambitious sound levels have been set for this project and an overnight silent mode will be available thanks to a bank of batteries.
